Lackawaxen Area Customer Appreciation Days
6th Annual Customer Appreciation Day
September 15, 2024
The 6th Customer Appreciation Day for the Lackawaxen area was held on Sunday, September 15 from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Masthope Mountain Lodge with 94 customers in attendance. Complimentary LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to customers.
Customers enjoyed a hot lunch of Chicken Tenders, French Fries, cookies, and a soft drink. They listened to music performed by MDK TRIO while they waited for the announcement of the door prize winners.
At LHTC Broadband’s information table customers could learn more about our new tv+ service where they could see the new service on display on a TV, Tablet and Cell Phone.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was light up corn hole boards and an inflatable ring toss game as well as a ducky pond and a Lollipop game, there was a bracelet making craft table for anyone to enjoy making bracelets plus balloons and face paint. All kids were also registered to win a drone.
Customers played a axe throwing game for a chance to win a LHTC Broadband 2025 Customer Photo Calendar or a cell phone ring and they also had a chance to win at ping pong toss game where they could win a LHTC Broadband shopping bag or a keychain tape measure. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
Everyone also had fun grabbing props and striking a pose at the selfie station and taking their photo home with them to commemorate the day.
Our staff enjoyed meeting the customers and getting to talk to them face-to-face. And a few of them walked away with some great prizes; 55″ and 32″ HDTV’s, Echo Spot, Echo Show, Ring Doorbell and Indoor Camera, and a Kindle Tablet.
Overall, it was another great event, and we want to thank everyone that came out! We hope to see everyone again next year and look forward to continuing to serve your community and provide local customer service.
5th Annual Customer Appreciation Day

The 5th Customer Appreciation Day for the Lackawaxen area was held on Sunday, September 13 from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Greeley Inn with 120 customers in attendance. Complimentary LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to customers.
Customers enjoyed a buffet lunch of baked ziti, hot dogs, chips, and cookies. They listened to music performed by MDK TRIO while they waited for the announcement of the door prize winners.
At LHTC Broadband’s information table customers could learn more about our services or asked questions and there was a TV where they could see an example of our TV service.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was an inflatable skee ball and ring toss game as well as a football game and a Lollipop game, there was a craft table for kids to enjoy making sun catchers, plus balloon art and face paint by Just Illusions. All kids were also registered to win a hoverboard.
Customers played bean bag toss for a chance to win a LHTC Broadband 2024 Customer Photo Calendar or a lanyard and they also had a chance to win at the Birthday Wheel where they could win a LHTC Broadband magnetic chip clip or drawstring bag. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
One of our LHTC Broadband 2024 Calendar Photo Contest Winners were recognized as part of the day’s events and received an extra prize as well. Congratulations to Patricia Murphy for your entry. Patricia’s photos of a Scenic Drive can be found in the LHTC Broadband 2024 Calendar which is now available at the Lackawaxen business office.
