9th Annual Customer Appreciation Day
September 14, 2023
The 9th Annual Customer Appreciation Day was held on Saturday, September 14 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Ladore Camp and Conference Center. At the event we welcomed 159 customers. Complimentary LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to all customers.
Customers enjoyed lunch along with popcorn and cotton candy treats. They listened to music performed by EKat’s Friends Phil & Dave while they waited for the announcement of the door prize winners.
At LHTC Broadband’s information table customers could learn more about our new tv+ service where they could see the new service on display on a TV, Tablet and Cell Phone.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was a 4 piece mini golf course that anyone was welcome to play to be entered to win a $25 Amazon card from Innovative Systems. There was also a giant Connect Four game and light up corn hole game. Kids could also win prizes at the pick-a-duck game and a lollipop game, there was a bracelet making craft table for kids to enjoy making bracelets, plus balloons. All kids were also registered to win a drone.
Customers played an Axe throwing game for a chance to win a LHTC Broadband 2025 Customer Photo Calendar or a LHTC Broadband phone ring and they also had a chance to win at the Ping Pong Toss game where they could win a LHTC Broadband Shopping bag or a tape measure keychain. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
Five of our LHTC Broadband 2025 Calendar Photo Contest Winners were recognized as part of the day’s events and received an extra prize as well. Congratulations to Joanna Peck, Denise Miller, Sarah Hine, Breanna Benson, Rheanna Cherinshak for your entries. Their photos can be found in the LHTC Broadband 2025 Calendar which is now available at the South Canaan business office.
Everyone also had fun grabbing props and striking a pose at the selfie station and taking their photo home with them to commemorate the day.
Our staff enjoyed meeting the customers and getting to talk to them face-to-face. And a few of them walked away with some great prizes; 55″ and 32″ HDTV’s, Echo Show, Echo Spot, Ring Doorbell and Indoor Camera, and Kindle Tablet.
Overall, it was another great event, and we want to thank everyone that came out! We hope to see everyone again next year and look forward to continuing to serve your community and provide local customer service.

The 8th Annual Customer Appreciation Day was held on Saturday, August 12 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Ladore Camp and Conference Center. At the event we welcomed 219 customers. Complimentary LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to all customers.
Customers enjoyed lunch along with popcorn and cotton candy treats. They listened to music performed by MDK TRIO while they waited for the announcement of the door prize winners.
At LHTC Broadband’s information table customers could learn more about our services or ask questions and there was a TV where they could see an example of our TV service.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was an inflatable skee ball and ring toss game as well as a football game and a lollipop game, there was a craft table for kids to enjoy making sun catchers, plus balloon art and face paint by Just Illusions. All kids were also registered to win a hoverboard.
Customers played bean bag toss for a chance to win a LHTC Broadband 2024 Customer Photo Calendar or a lanyard and they also had a chance to win at the Birthday Wheel where they could win a LHTC Broadband magnetic chip clip or drawstring bag. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
