13th Annual Customer Appreciation Day
September 28, 2024
The 13th Annual Customer Appreciation Day was held on Saturday, September 28 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Yukon Slovenian Hall with 115 customers in attendance. Complimentary LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to customers.
Customers enjoyed hot dogs and Pasta Salad from G&D Market, as well as nachos and cheese, cookies, and freshly popped popcorn. They enjoyed music by The Branded Band and awaited the announcement of the door prize winners.
At our Information table customers had a chance to see out new tv+ service on a TV, tablet, and cell phone and to ask questions. They also could receive a free tv+ drink koozie.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was a bracelet making table, pick a duck game, Octopus Toss game, and Balloon Dart game, plus balloon art and face paint by the Balloon Girlz. All kids has a chance to register to win a drone.
Customers played the Mad Hatter toss game to win LHTC shopping bags for tape measure key chains. At the Strike Force game customers had the chance to win a LHTC Broadband 2025 Calendar and a cell phone key ring. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
Our staff enjoyed meeting the customers and getting to talk to them face-to-face. And a few of them walked away with some great prizes; 55″ and 32″ Smart TV’s, Echo Spot, Echo Show, Ring Doorbell and Indoor Camera, & Kindle Fire HD 10.
Overall, it was another great event, and we want to thank everyone that came out! We hope to see everyone again next year and look forward to continuing to serve your community and provide local customer service.

Join us for 13th Annual Yukon Service Area Customer Appreciation Day was to be held on Saturday, September 28 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Yukon Slovenian Hall. Complimentary LHTC Broadband t-shirts will be given out to the first 100 customers.
Customers will be served complimentary food and drink. Entertainment by The Branded Band will feature previous Yukon resident Lynda Grimm Sethman and prizes will be awarded every 1/2 hour. There will also be basket raffles.

There will be games for adults and kids alike. Chances to win great giveaways. Plenty of activities for the kids including face painting and balloon art and a bracelet making craft table.

12th Annual Customer Appreciation Day

The 12th Annual Customer Appreciation Day was held on Saturday, September 9 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Yukon Slovenian Hall with 142 customers in attendance. Complimentary LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to customers.
Customers enjoyed hot dogs and pasta salad from G&D Market, as well as nachos and cheese, and cookies. They listened to music played by The Branded Band featuring previous Yukon resident Lynda Grimm Sethman and awaited the announcement of the door prize winners.
At LHTC Broadband’s information table customers could learn more about our services or ask questions and there was a TV where they could see an example of our TV service.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was an inflatable ring toss game as well as a bean bag toss, there was a craft table for kids to enjoy making sun catchers, a lollipop game, plus balloon art and face paint by Just Illusions. Kids could also play super chicken to win a prize at the registration table and all kids were also registered to win a hoverboard.
Customers played the Piggy Race Game for a chance to win a LHTC Broadband 2024 Customer Photo Calendar or a lanyard and they also had a chance to win at the Birthday Wheel where they could win a LHTC Broadband magnetic chip clip or drawstring bag. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
Everyone also had fun grabbing props and striking a pose at the selfie station and taking their photo home with them to commemorate the day.
Our staff enjoyed meeting the customers and getting to talk to them face-to-face. And a few of them walked away with some great prizes; 55″ and 32″ HDTV’s, Echo Show, Bose Bluetooth Speaker, Ring Floodlight, and an Entertainment Projector.
