1st Annual Customer Appreciation Day

The first Customer Appreciation Day for the Lackawaxen area was held on Sunday, September 30 from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Masthope Mountain Community Lodge with 168 customers in attendance. Free LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to the first 200 customers.
Customers enjoyed hot dogs, nachos with cheese, and cookies. They listened to music performed by Kevin Campion and awaited the announcement of the door prize winners.
There was a presentation running that provided information about LHTC Broadband and staff was on hand to answer any questions. A NID display was also featured to help customers learn about how it works as well as handouts on how to troubleshoot your telephone line.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was sand art, a coloring table, frog flinger game, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toss, plus balloon art and face paint by Just Illusions. All kids received bags filled with emoji prizes.
Customers played Plinko for a chance to win LHTC Broadband phone rings or notebooks. At the color ball game customers had the chance to win LHTC Broadband tote bags and water bottles. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
Our staff enjoyed meeting the customers and getting to talk to them face-to-face. And a few of them walked away with some great prizes; 55″ and 32″ HDTV’s, Echo Dot, Bose Speaker, Cloud Cam, Kindle Fire HD 7, and two kids prize packages.
Overall, it was a great event and we want to thank everyone that came out! We hope to see everyone again next year and look forward to continuing to serve your community and provide local customer service.
