The 5th Annual Customer Appreciation Day was held on Saturday, September 14 from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Ladore Camp and Conference Center. At the event we welcomed 214 customers. Free LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to the first 200 customers.

Customers enjoyed lunch along with some popcorn and cotton candy treats. They listened to music performed by Ekat & Friends and some even danced along as they waited for the announcement of the door prize winners.

LHTC Broadband’s HD cable service was on display at the information table where there was also an opportunity for customers to learn more about our enhanced services including Whole Home DVR, In-Home Wi-Fi, and Watch TV Everywhere. We also offered the first month free for those who signed up for In-Home Wi-Fi at the event.

There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was a fall craft, a coloring table, floor darts, mini golf game, and bean bag toss games, plus balloon art and face paint by Just Illusions. All kids received bags filled with slime, a squishy, and other prizes.

Customers played Plinko for a chance to win LHTC Broadband cooler bag and wet wipe canister. At the prize wheel game customers had the chance to win LHTC Broadband travel cups and telephone magnet chip clip. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.

Our staff enjoyed meeting the customers and getting to talk to them face-to-face. And a few of them walked away with some great prizes; 55″ and 32″ HDTV’s, Echo Dot, Echo Show, Blink XT2, Kindle Fire HD 7, and a boys and girls scooter.

Overall, it was another great event and we want to thank everyone that came out! We hope to see everyone again next year and look forward to continuing to serve your community and provide local customer service.
