In July 2019, LHTC acquired the stock of Statimate Systems, Inc., d/b/a Exelos, an IT managed service provider in Greensburg, PA, which has been serving southwestern PA since 1986. Exelos is a leading provider of IT services to small and medium sized businesses in southwestern PA that strives to continually bring best-in-class technologies and practices to our clients. They focus on four key general concerns for most business owners: Response Time, Security, Data Protection, and Productivity, and designed their internal service policies, practices, and offerings to prioritize those areas. They recommend technologies and partner with vendors whose solutions help address those key needs of their clients. Their service offerings include design and procurement, backup and disaster planning and recovery, helpdesk support, active monitoring, and preventive maintenance. They cover every facet of IT that a small business might need. Since the acquisition, Exelos and LHTC Broadband have worked closely to service various business customers with their Internet and IT needs.
