8th Annual Customer Appreciation Day

The 8th Annual Customer Appreciation Day was held on Saturday, October 6 from 12 PM to 3 PM at the Yukon Slovenian Hall with 154 customers in attendance. Free LHTC Broadband t-shirts were given to the first 200 customers.
Customers enjoyed hot dogs from The Dog Side of the Moon, nachos and cheese, and cookies. They listened to music performed by The Birmingham Band and awaited the announcement of the door prize winners.
The information table had an opportunity for customers to upgrade their Internet for free for one month and be entered to win an autographed Pittsburgh Penguins hockey puck.
There were plenty of activities for the kids. There was sand art, a coloring table, frog flinger game, and roller bowler, plus balloon art and face paint by the Balloon Girlz. All kids received bags filled with emoji prizes.
Customers played Plinko for a chance to win LHTC Broadband phone rings or notebooks. At the color ball game customers had the chance to win LHTC Broadband tote bags and water bottles. Bingo was also held while the band took a break and Walmart gifts cards as well as prizes from AT&T Sportnet were given to the Bingo winners. Everyone had a great day playing games and socializing.
Our staff enjoyed meeting the customers and getting to talk to them face-to-face. And a few of them walked away with some great prizes; 55″ and 32″ HDTV’s, Echo Dot, Bose Speaker, Cloud Cam, Kindle Fire HD 7, HP Chromebook, two kids prize packages. Plus, one person won free Internet for one year.
Overall, it was another great event and we want to thank everyone that came out! We hope to see everyone again next year and look forward to continuing to serve your community and provide local customer service.
